How can I register for the Peñíscola Cup Petanque Tournament?

You can register through this form. To confirm the registration you need to send us a deposit of 50% of the total.

Can a team bring a reserve player? Do we need a federation licence?

Yes. Teams can include a reserve player, and no federation licence is required.

What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee includes full board accommodation (water and wine included) and participation in the tournament.

Is it necessary to have a very good level in petanque to participate in the tournament?

It is not necessary to have a very good level in petanque to participate in the tournament. The tournament is open to all players, regardless of their level of experience.

Can I register more than one doublet?

Yes, you can register more than one doubles team. You simply need to indicate the number of doubles teams you wish to register on the registration form.

What are the prizes?

Trophies for the 4 champion teams of each tournament and a medal for every participating player. All registration fees go towards prizes. Prizes for the top 4 teams in tournaments A, B, C and D.

What is the registration deadline?

The registration deadline is 1 April. Places are limited and are allocated in order of booking.

Is it played in doubles or triples, and how many games are there?

Doubles, minimum 12 matches. Teams may be male, female or mixed. No federation licence required.

How do I pay for the booking?

50 % of the total upon registration and the rest 10 days before the start of the tournament, by bank transfer. To complete your registration you must fill in the registration form.

How much do companions and children pay?

Companions pay €20 less than players in every tournament. 50 % discount for children under 10 staying with 2 adults.

How far are the courts, the beach and the airport?
