Do I need a licence to participate?

No, a federation card is not necessary to participate.

Is accommodation included?

Yes, all our packages include full board at the official hotel (water and wine included with meals).

Can I travel with accompanying persons?

Of course. We also take care of booking the hotel rooms for accompanying persons who are not playing in the tournament.

Do the tournaments have age categories?

No, no age limit.

I have a house nearby or a caravan, can I register without a hotel?

No. It is compulsory to book the complete package (accommodation + registration) with the organisation in order to participate in the tournament. No exceptions.

How much does it cost to take part in a tournament?

Prices per person (per player in a double room, full board): Easter (Santa Susanna Cup): from €360; May bank holiday (Peñíscola Cup): from €310; Spring (Santa Susanna Cup): from €320; Pentecost (Santa Susanna Cup): from €270; Autumn (Santa Susanna Cup): from €370; Autumn (Santa Susanna Cup · Lyonnaise boules): from €370.

What exactly is included in the price?

Tournament registration and the hotel stay on a full-board basis, with water and wine included at meals. Trophies, medals and prizes for all participating players. 1 free T-shirt for each player. The Santa Susanna tournaments also include the closing ceremony and the tourist tax.

How much do companions and children pay?

Companions pay €20 less than players in every tournament. 50 % discount for children under 10 staying with 2 adults.

What are the prizes?

Easter (Santa Susanna Cup) — 1st place · Tournament A: €600 guaranteed, plus 2 free places for the next edition. Spring (Santa Susanna Cup) — 1st place · Tournament A: €900 guaranteed, plus 3 free places for the next edition. Pentecost (Santa Susanna Cup) — 1st place · Tournament A: €900 guaranteed, plus 3 free places for the next edition. Autumn (Santa Susanna Cup) — 1st place · Tournament A: €900 guaranteed, plus 3 free places for the next edition. Autumn (Santa Susanna Cup · Lyonnaise boules) — 1st place · Tournament A: €400 guaranteed, plus 2 free places for the next edition. Trophies for the 4 champion teams of each tournament and a medal for every participating player. All registration fees go towards prizes.

What is the registration deadline?

Easter (Santa Susanna Cup): 10 March; May bank holiday (Peñíscola Cup): 1 April; Spring (Santa Susanna Cup): 10 April; Pentecost (Santa Susanna Cup): 30 April; Autumn (Santa Susanna Cup): 1 September; Autumn (Santa Susanna Cup · Lyonnaise boules): 1 October. Places are limited and are allocated in order of booking.

How do I pay for the booking?

50 % of the total upon registration and the rest 10 days before the start of the tournament, by bank transfer. To complete your registration you must fill in the registration form.
